Studio is a full service prototype fabricator utilizing custom 5 axis CNC Router technology. With 170 plus cubic feet of cutting zone there is not much that can’t be precision machined. Our red zone of work space is over 145” long by 59” wide to a height of 36”. We cut wood, plastics, foams and composite materials for the creation of masters, tooling sample and full size product prototypes. We can
produce exotic shapes in hardwoods and other materials for low volume production. Backed up with SolidWorks 3D software and the ability to import other formats, let us take your shape from your monitor to a physical solid part. Our experience level will allow us to support you in all stages of your project including many final tooling options. These options include FRP mold creation, vacuum/pressure forming tools, casting patterns, lay up patterns, custom assembly fixtures, and more. Struggling to get a new product off the ground? We can now accelerate project progress. We finish a design project in CAD at 4PM and our new CNC will let us see that part in the morning: Dependent on complexity, of course. Modify the shape of a chair seat in CAD and be able to sit on the updated seat in a few hours. It’s all about completion on schedule!
