All Phase Restoration Denver is seeking Certified Asbestos Supervisors for our Abatement Division - we have year-round abatement projects and need dependable individuals looking to advance their career. Are you a technician ready to step up to the next level in your career? Can't move up at your current employer? All Phase Restoration Denver is hiring a Mitigation Supervisor immediately.

This position is a working supervisory position. You will spend much of your time in the field overseeing and interacting with All Phase assets. You will be responsible for upholding All Phase Restoration standards on all jobsites that you set foot on.

Your main duties will consist of:
• Daily communication with Supervisors and Dispatch
• Training and development of current mitigation technician team members
• Mitigation fleet management
o Including truck stock, mechanical issues/service, readiness, and appearance
• Ensuring paperwork is completed daily for each mitigation project as required
• Specialty tool and equipment tracking
o Including check-out/check-in and periodic service
• Direct supervision on complicated/commercial projects
• Safety enforcement on jobsites
• Attendance and participation in daily and weekly mitigation meetings and training sessions

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience as a restoration technician
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, "can-do" attitude
• Safety conscience approach during all work activity
• Mechanical/Construction skills a plus
• Valid Driver's License, no DUI's/DWI's
• Must be able to pass a background check and initial drug screen
• Applicant must be able to walk around job sites, climb scaffolding, lift objects over 50lbs and occasionally lift tools or materials over the head

Compensation for this position starts at $24/hr. Additional provisions including a company vehicle, tools, and other items will become available after demonstration of ability and commitment to the position.

All Phase Restoration is seeking Restoration Technicians and Lead Restoration Technicians at our Littleton office, serving the Denver Metro Area. Our technicians will primarily be responsible for overseeing mitigation projects which can range from small residential to large commercial jobs.

This is a FULL TIME position with typically 80-90% of time spent in the field. This position is hourly with compensation based on experience, at a minimum of $19.00 to start. Many overtime opportunities available paid at $36/hr plus dispatch bonuses.

IICRC certifications or abatement licenses are well received. We offer training and certification as a part of this position.

Your Day-to-Day
• Respond to water residential and commercial water losses and perform mitigation services
• Perform daily checks on job sites and create daily logs
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, building owners and project managers
• Perform and oversee the removal of building materials, occasionally hazardous material
• Set up equipment in accordance with industry standards
• Effectively manage technicians and temporary labor
• Maintain job-sites and containments, manage housekeeping requirements
• Perform field activities and/or other duties as assigned.
