We had the opportunity to attend the Colorado Mountain Housing Coalition Conference in Buena Vista. The sessions were valuable, but what really stood out were the people involved. Advocates, planners, developers, and community leaders all in the same room, united around one of the most pressing challenges facing our mountain communities: housing.

The caliber of people in that room was a good reminder that solving the mountain housing crisis takes a village. Or in this case, an entire coalition. Progress happens when we show up in person, listen to each other, and commit to building solutions together. We were excited to be part of a network doing exactly that.

We're looking forward to staying connected with everyone we met and seeing what we can accomplish together.

Three weeks ago, we attended World of Modular in Las Vegas. One thing was clear: modular projects need experienced field ex*****on to succeed.

While factories focus on manufacturing, our team focuses on everything outside the factory walls — estimating, logistics, site construction, trade sequencing, inspections, and compliance.

“Site > Set > Stitch” became a simple way to explain what we do every day.

We appreciated the opportunity to reconnect with industry partners and meet new developers, architects, and factories pushing modular construction forward. If we connected at World of Modular, we look forward to continuing the conversation.
