Good morning we apologize its been so long since we have posted we will be updating and sharing some of our completed jobs and some of our current jobs over the next few wks!!! This home we built from the ground up and finished a little while back and to be honest its one of my favorite houses we have built!! 3 fireplaces,beautiful beams,stunning kitchen and movie theater....our clients have great taste and knew exactly what the wanted and we were able to bring there visions to life!!! Thank you to all the vendors and sub contractors that worked with us on this project and all our in-house staff at Northern Builders for the continued hard work through out the years!!

Good morning Facebook world happy sunday!!! Starting today and over the next few days we are going drop a few appreciation posts for different sub contractors we use because with out them being the master of there crafts we don't yield the results we do year after year!!
We will lead this of with no other than......Harold's Concrete Construction!!! Harold and his amazing team are your one stop shop when it comes site work and concrete from driveways to septics to excavation of foundations to hammering or blasting ledge they will get your site prepped .....any and all concrete needs from footers to finish slabs and they don't stop there.. they also offer stamped concrete and polished concrete!!! These guys can really do it all when it comes to site work and concrete not only do they get it done but quite frankly there finished product is 2nd to none they can take your wooded lot and have ready to build in no time!! We personally would like to thank Harold and his amazing team for not only the hard work but the amazing attention to detail and all the projects you do for us year after year!!!

Good morning Facebook friends this is the conclusion to our new years post this will be the final home of the 4 homes we are putting on display that were turned over in 2024.
This cozy home resides in the beautiful quaint little town of sugar hill these clients moved from Pennsylvania back to NH and looked for a contractor and decided Northern Builders was the best fit for them. Unfortunately we were not able to get alot of pictures prior to there move in!!As always we would like thank them for trusting us with there forever home and thank our in house staff for all there hard work and to all our sub contractors and vendors we appreciate you all and once again a big shout out to Dale at Littleton area plumbing and heating there team always provides top quality work and Harold at Harold's Concrete he and his team set the bar for Concrete and site work last but certainly not least Bryan and his team at superior spray foam there name says it all folks there work is superior!!! We appreciate you all!!

Good morning Facebook friends and followers!! This is our 3rd continuation from our new years post of the 4 homes we are putting on display that we finished in 2024.
This home sits on the Connecticut river again in the heart of the white mountains. This is beautiful structure comes in at a whopping 5200 sq ft these clients were some the nicest easiest folks to work with and couldn't have been happier with there results!! As always we want to thank our awesome clients for trusting us with there forever home also our in house staff (especially my brother jaison as this was his first project back with us)that yields these kinda results year after year and a couple big shout outs one to to Dale at Littleton area plumbing and heating he and his team did a outstanding job and another one to Harold and his team over at Harold's Concrete for not only the best concrete work in the business but absolutely top notch site work!!!!

Good morning this post is a continued post from yesterday's finished homes of 2024 this is house number 2 of the 4 we will be putting on display!!
This home sits way up high in heart of the white mountains with unbelievable breath taking views!!! These clients came to us with a vision and set of plans they knew exactly what they wanted as this was not there 1st new build and this time they wanted a modern mountain feel and that's just what they got!!! We hope you all like it as much they did!! And as always we would like to thank our clients for trusting us and our in house staff for the daily dedication to detail and perfection and to all our vendors and sub contractors with a special shout out to Harold and his crew for the unbelievable concrete and site work!!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Feels like forever since iv updated our page with some of our work.....so with 2024 come and gone I'm going to post 4 of the beautiful new homes we turned over to our lovely clients in the year of 2024 this will be 1 of 4 posts you will see in the near future!!
This home is nestled in the woods deep in the heart of Lancaster it is extremely modern and unique with some features there architects called out....metal siding designed to rust shipped from out west and concrete topping floors in some areas... and the breath taking stair case....this one is sure to be a crowd pleaser!!! We want to thank our client for letting us bring this dream to life and also a huge shout out to our in house staff that made this come together and last but certainly not least a big shout out to all our vendors and sub contractors with out all of you this does not happen!!!

ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! THIS SATURDAY Dec 7th!!!!! It's that time of year again and our annual Northern Builders toys for tots drive is in full affect and as usual we hosting our toys for tots dinner and raffle!!!! We got some of the best raffle prizes we have had to date!!! We will be putting on a prime rib dinner with all the fixings!!!! All that for only 15$ per head or one unwrapped toy of equal value per person at the door!!! Northern Builders will be funding all costs that are associated with the event!!! Every penny that walks through the door will be donated directly to toys for tots!! I know it says our goal is $15,000 but if we counted each toy plus the cash donated last year we tripled that amount so let's crush last year's total!!! So come join us for dinner and a raffle from 6-9pm and then dance the night away with us from 9pm-12am to ring the holidays in!!! Saturday Dec 7th at the Bethlehem Elks club!! This event has no pre sale tickets and will reach capacity!! The dance portion is a 21 or older event kids are welcome for dinner and raffle!!! PLEASE SHARE THIS POST SHARE IT EVERYDAY AS MANY TIMES AS POSSIBLE!!!!!
