We have recently kicked off an equine facility including a brand new 20,000 SF indoor riding arena with an abundance of new stalls and finishes throughout the space going into the existing barn. We are currently in the grading and excavation phase and have imported nearly 14,000 tons of dirt to establish our rough grade.

We recently completed a 32,000 square foot surgery center in partnership with SCA Health, E4H Environments for Health Architecture, Venn Construction, and Salas O'Brien.

The project includes a full GI clinic with four standard GI procedure rooms and one combined GI and pain room. It also features an orthopedic surgery suite with seven operating rooms, including one dedicated robotics room. These areas are supported by shared pre-op and PACU spaces, including private rooms. Additional components include office and administrative space, elevator integration, emergency power, a comprehensive nurse call system, medical gas systems, and a complex IT infrastructure. Our team also coordinated and managed a careful BIM process in coordination with the core and shell design team.

The surgery center is a joint partnership between SCA, UCHealth, and CU Medicine, supporting the Highlands Ranch UCH campus and its master plan.

Additional vendors involved include Steris, Amico, DaVinci, Intuitive, and Stryker Surgical Technologies

We are making great strides at the Health Images Envision project in Weatherford, TX. This project is a (5) modality imaging center including equipment by GE HealthCare and Hologic. The center includes an MRI, CT, X-ray, Mammography, Dexa, and Ultrasound rooms to support greater outpatient imaging services in the area. We are proud to continue to serve one of our longest tenured clients in the TX market!

Last week, our team came together for a full Safety Training Day focused on strengthening our commitment to working safely and responsibly every day.

We reviewed key safety requirements and took a deep dive into our new Fleet Safety and Field Safety manuals and programs. The day also included formal safety and maintenance training for our skid steers by Wagner Equipment Co., helping ensure everyone is confident and prepared in the field.

A big thank you to the entire team for your engagement and dedication—safety is a shared responsibility, and your efforts make a difference!

Healthcare construction often requires complex overhead support systems to safely suspend ceiling mounted medical equipment. From structural steel to unistrut assemblies, our in house maintenance team has developed and installed a wide range of solutions tailored to varying building conditions.

By self performing this work, we ensure every assembly aligns with engineered support drawings and meets all compliance requirements. Our Superintendent team is highly experienced in coordinating these efforts, allowing us to stay ahead of schedule without relying on subcontractor availability or backlog.

This hands on approach keeps our projects efficient, adaptable, and aligned with field ex*****on ensuring critical installations are completed safely and on time.
