We recently wrapped up this ADU and it’s definitely a special build!

This 800 sq ft high end, ultra modern ADU on the Peninsula came out incredible. With massive 16 ft ceilings and a huge sliding door, the space feels MUCH larger then it actually is!

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, plus a full laundry room, but what really sets it apart are the design choices the homeowners made throughout.

From the moment you see it, it stands out. 16 foot ceilings give it a huge open feel, paired with a flat roof, clean metal roofing, hidden gutters, and smooth stucco for that modern look.

The custom exterior woodwork really ties everything together and gives it a unique, high end finish you don’t see every day.

Inside, the finishes were thoughtfully selected and it shows. Everything feels elevated, clean, and intentional.

This ADU really takes the cake for us.

Peninsula project wrapped… and this one’s a showoff.

The ADU Dudes powered by San Andres Construction just finished this 800 sq ft 1 bed 1 bath ADU with a full laundry, and it’s loaded with high end detail from top to bottom.

Smooth stucco on the outside, clean lines, and custom woodwork that actually makes you look twice. Inside, we went level 5 on the walls, real hardwood floors underfoot, and custom tile work that pulls everything together without trying too hard.

And then there’s the 18 foot NanaWall… which basically says “who needs walls anyway?” It opens up completely and creates a seamless flow between the main home and the ADU. It’s less of a separation and more of a vibe.

We didn’t stop at the structure either. Fencing, landscaping, drainage, decking, pergola… handled. One team, one process, no finger pointing.

This is what happens when design meets ex*****on and nobody cuts corners.

Orinda ADU update 👀

Big progress out here this week. The roof is fully installed, windows are going in, and waterproofing is underway to get everything sealed up tight.

Inside, we’ve kicked off rough finishes with electrical and plumbing moving right along. This is where everything starts coming together behind the walls before we close it up.

🚧 Danville ADU Update – Week 1 Progress! 🏡

We are officially 7 days into our Danville ADU project and the progress has been great so far.

This week the team completed:
✔️ Underground plumbing
✔️ Footings and rebar installation
✔️ Passed all required inspections

With approvals in place, we were able to pour the foundation earlier today. Always a big milestone on any project.

Next up, we’ll let the slab cure for a few days to ensure everything sets properly. If all goes as planned, framing should begin early next week, which is when things really start to take shape.

This project is a 640 sq ft ADU using the Town of Danville preapproved plans, and we handled the site plan, submissions, and approvals for our client.

Big day out in Orinda!

Today is FOUN-DAY-TION DAY for this ADU + Pool House and it is always one of the most exciting milestones in the build process.

Once the concrete is down, the vision really starts to take shape and you can finally see the footprint come to life.

Our team has been moving quickly on this one. After completing the site work, inspections, and rebar, we are now setting the stage for vertical construction. If all goes according to plan, framing should begin in about a week and that is when this project will really transform.

At The ADU Dudes, momentum matters. Careful planning, strong crews, and constant communication help us keep projects pushing forward without sacrificing quality.
