🏠 Hayward 1,200 Sq. Ft. ADU Update!

Big progress on our 1,200 sq. ft. ADU in Hayward! The roof trusses have officially been delivered and are ready to go up.

Over the next 4–5 days, our crew will be installing the trusses, completing the roof framing, and getting the tile roof installed. This project is moving fast and really starting to take shape!

Concord, CA ADU Progress Update 🏡⚒️

Another one is moving right along!

Our City of Concord pre-approved ADU is making great progress. The exterior is really starting to come together with:

✅ Exterior paint complete
✅ All siding installed
✅ Waterproofing complete
✅ Downspouts installed

We’re going with a clean black and white modern color scheme, and it’s looking sharp.

Next up, we’re ready for our rough plumbing, electrical, and HVAC inspections. Once those are approved, we’ll move straight into insulation and drywall, bringing this ADU one big step closer to becoming a finished home.

Progress is coming along nicely on our ~700 sq ft ADU in Concord, CA.

🏡 Martinez ADU Update – Almost Across the Finish Line! 🏡

This beautiful 2 bed • 2 bath ADU in Martinez, California is officially in the final stretch! Started in late 2025, this project is now nearly complete with final inspection expected next week.

This one came together incredibly well with a handful of selective upgrades that really elevated the final product — clean finishes, thoughtful details, and a layout that makes the most of every square foot.

Behind the walls, this project included:
✔️ Brand new sewer line
✔️ New water connection
✔️ New dedicated electrical service & meter
✔️ Full utility coordination from start to finish

One reminder for anyone planning an ADU: Start your PG&E paperwork EARLY. We’ve been patiently waiting on this one and utility timelines continue to be one of the biggest schedule drivers on ADU projects. The earlier you begin that process, the smoother your overall timeline will be.
