Last week, our sales teams from across the country came together in Las Vegas for the 2026 RMC Sales Conference.
Through collaboration, shared experiences, and a renewed focus on what makes RMC different, we spent the week strengthening the relationships, strategies, and expertise that help us better serve our clients every day.
A special thank you to keynote speaker Shannon Alter for sharing valuable insights on communication, connection, and the lasting impact of how we show up for the people we serve. Her message reinforced something we believe deeply at RMC: clients remember more than the services provided—they remember how they were treated, supported, and communicated with during critical moments.
