In his presentation, "Defining Flavivirus RNA Dynamics and Replication-Associated Host Factors by MICROSCOOP® Spatial Proteomics," Dr. Pallares will share how his team combines advanced RNA imaging with spatial proteomics to characterize the protein environments surrounding viral replication complexes and viral-induced RNA granules, providing new insight into host-pathogen interactions and viral biology at subcellular resolution.
