He then went on to build a custom home from the ground up in the Livermore wine country, which is when he realized that he wanted to do construction long term. o what is now LC Construction. We are a family business and now provide a full range of construction services in the greater East Bay. Lance grew up in Livermore California. From a young age he had a fascination for building- it all started with the Lego's! Growing up Lance had a range of jobs, though they all involved hands on work. He loves his work and spends much of his free time doing projects on his own home or for friends and family. When Lance isn't doing physical labor he is continually educating himself on new skills or products. While construction and carpentry are his passion, Lance's hobbies include golfing, outdoor cooking, and supporting his girls in their 4-H an animal ventures. His home is made complete with his wife Joelle and daughters Lacey & Hattie.
