Every success story we share, every milestone we celebrate, and every challenge we overcome is possible because of the dedication and commitment of our employees. From the first day to thirteenth year, every member of our team brings something unique to each project.

What an exciting two days it has been! From engaging presentations to collaborative discussions, these past two days have been filled with learning, innovation, and connection.

This year we were honored to have insightful presentations provided by JPW Riggers, Northwestern Mutual Financial Advisors, HSE Consulting Services, and Milwaukee Tool. Each organization brought valuable expertise and perspectives that enriched our understanding and strengthened our approach to future projects and life experiences. Their contributions made a meaningful impact, and we truly appreciate the time and effort they invested in sharing their knowledge with us

After closing out the learning portion of our training, we found time to share a little Christmas cheer with our extended family. These moments of connection remind us that while knowledge strengthens our work, it’s the relationships we build that truly make us stronger.

This year we had an opportunity to honor those employees who have been with OnSite for three or more years and thank them for their continued dedication and determination.

We sometimes do not take the time to say Thank You to all of the members of our work family for the extraordinary work they do to make sure the projects are completed to the highest quality possible. From estimating to throwing panels, without all of you we would not have been able to complete the projects that we have in 2024. Today, as we sit down to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal, the management team of OnSite Solar would like to wish our extended family a very Happy Thanksgiving and a well deserved time with their family and friends.

OnSite Solar LLC, held our annual training days at our office complex on Monday and Tuesday, February 26 & 27, 2024.

This year we had presentations by HSE Consulting Services, iToolco, Green Mountain Electric Supply, Milwaukee Tool and Cooper Electric.

We had presentations by our own staff, Zack Sudick-Project Manager, Ethan Leivas-Burns-Foreman, Chris Hulchanski-Superintendent, Mike Yaple-QA/QC, Ty Nolan-APM, Jarod Haught - APM, Beth Woolworth-Controller/HR Coordinator, Aliceann Roy-Project Coordinator/Safety Coordinator and an update on upcoming work in 2024 with a question & answer period by Brian Walters - President.

These training days are educational for the staff and keep them current on new equipment and supplies, safety & OSHA P&P and through the Lessons Learned presentation as they critique work completed by subcontractor & self-performed.

OnSite is fortunate to have the staff that we do and with National Employee Appreciation Day on Friday, March 1st, we would like to thank each and every one of them for doing the great job they do for our company. Here's to a remarkable 2024!
