From concept to completion, this newly delivered Goddard School in Riverton, Utah reflects the strength of integrated design.

Jarmel Kizel provided architecture, civil, structural, and MEP engineering services for this 12,100 SF early childhood education center—featuring dedicated play areas for both preschoolers and infants/toddlers.

Our civil engineering team played a key role early on, guiding the project through the land entitlement process—from municipal and county approvals to soil conservation coordination, site planning, grading, and stormwater management—helping move the project forward efficiently while setting a strong foundation for long-term performance.
