it all. Maintenance Plans & Tune-ups We recommend a yearly tune up and cleaning per HVAC unit. We offer a 19-point heating tune-up to be completed in the Fall and a 12-point cooling tune-up to be completed in the Spring. We also offer a Maintenace Agreement that includes one heating and one cooling tune-up per unit yearly, that will save you time and money! We will contact you to set up your tune-up appointments in the Fall and Spring. You will receive 15% off any repairs made during that Maintenance Agreement year and priority scheduling if you need service. Additionally, you will receive a discount on each tune-ups regular price. The installation includes required supplies to complete the job (*this does not include a required chimney liner if you do not currently have one in place or updating your vent size to satisfy the required city code), the removal and disposal of your old tank, the new tank, the labor and installation of the new tank, and the required permits and inspections, with a 2 yr. part warranty on tanked units and a 5 yr. warranty on tankless units.
