This floor already passed its first mock-up. Spec met, signoff done. We went back and looked at the slab conditions again anyway, saw a chance to push the aggregate exposure and gloss level further, and reran it with different tooling.

We treat a mock-up as a checkpoint, not a finish line, checking whether the slab calls for something better before moving into production.

Section by section, that's how this slab got densified, inside a robotics heavy fulfillment center in the Midwest. Our crew sprayed each area, then ran autoscrubbers over it before moving on, all while the facility's automated systems kept moving through the space around them.

When delamination shows up on a job, who you call matters.

The Syncon team is on site working through significant delamination and restoring the surface the right way. Failed section out, substrate addressed, material back down. This is the kind of work that does not leave room for shortcuts.

The Concrete Polishing Council (CPC), helps to set the standard that polishing contractors throughout the industry are held to. For three years, our CEO, Ryan Klacking, held that responsibility proudly as the President of the CPC.

During his tenure, the organization revised many documents, specifications, and position statements to help better the industry as a whole, setting a higher bar, and that's just the short list. Every contractor, vendor, and manufacturer came together to work towards benefiting the industry, working towards those higher standards and goals

Over the last month, one Syncon crew installed 75,000 linear feet of joint filler, applied densifier across 500,000 square feet, and pushed through 300,000 square feet of three-step application work. Large-scale production only works when every phase stays coordinated from start to finish.

Work at this scale is not about rushing square footage. It is about keeping consistency across every pass, every joint, and every section of floor while schedules stay tight and other trades continue moving around you. This is just one of four major projects our teams have completed in the last two months.

Not much left to hide when the floor reflects everything back.

Dyed concrete, full refinement, and a polish that carries clean from wall to wall. You can see the consistency in the reflection, the clarity around the equipment, and the control through the entire pass. That is the difference between a floor that is simply polished and one that is properly finished.
