Job Title: Carpenter (Rough and Finish Work)

As we expand our team, we are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter with expertise in both rough and finish remodeling work to contribute to our exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Rough Remodeling:
- Perform demolition work as needed to prepare spaces for remodeling.
- Identify and address structural issues during the rough remodeling phase.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure proper planning and ex*****on.
2. Finish Remodeling:
- Install and finish materials such as drywall, flooring, and ceiling systems.
- Apply various finishes, including paint, stain, and sealant.
- Install tile, flooring, drywall, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and other finishing elements.
3. Carpentry Skills:
- Handle both rough and finish carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and custom installations.
- Capable of working on low volt electrical, and minor plumbing, PVC, PEX, Copper, Galvanized
- Ensure precise measurements and alignment for a seamless finish.
4. Material Selection:
- Work closely with clients, sales team and project managers to select appropriate materials for remodeling projects.
- Source and procure materials within budget constraints.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Address any deficiencies promptly and make necessary adjustments.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with other trades and professionals to achieve project goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finish Remodeler with expertise in both rough and finish work.
- Proficient in using a variety of remodeling tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
