This little weld doesn’t look like much but when I looked at it I felt it was significant enough to share. When you buy a trailer from us it is truly custom built and inspected. We offer something not many manufacturers can or will do. This piece of pipe was tacked on and the weld was missed, it was missed in our inspection, and the trailer was painted. One of the guys in our finish shop noticed it and brought it to attention and we brought a welder up, welded it and the painters came up and touched it up and no one will ever know any difference. The point that strikes me is not that it was missed, it happens we are all human and there’s a lot of welding on these trailers, but that it is expected that if you see an issue it gets fixed whether it’s big or small. Would this pipe have held, for awhile maybe forever but it wasn’t done right and our crew fixed it. That small mistake could have just been pushed through and the customer would have just had to deal with it later if it broke, but we try to treat each trailer as if it was being built for us and we want them to be right and our customers come to us expecting that. We take pride in our trailers and believe they are the best on the market, little things like this prove it!

We have had so much fun getting to see the mini stocks getting kids involved around the farms and ranches. Although these are purposefully built for kids to be able to operate them on their own, these trailers are not toys. They are built strong enough for all kinds of uses around the ranch. They come standard with a 3,500 # axle and 15” tire and wheels. They can be pulled behind UTV’s, tractors, or down the highway behind a pickup or SUV. The trailers can be used for all kinds of chores from hauling livestock, feed, fencing, as well as many other uses. These are extremely handy all purpose trailers.

I don’t know how we’re gonna make it to Houston on time.

“Mom, come watch me back the trailer up, I’m so good now.”

“Dad, come look at my trailer I have it so clean and pretty again!”

“Dad I’m gonna drive over and grab the next calf to be bathed, I’ll be back!”

“Mom, can I just go drive one more time?”

Safe to say, this is a Birthday she’ll never forget! 🩷

Well from what we hear this customer played hardball but Sancrest Trailer Sales closed the deal! We have the 1st official buyer of the new Kodiak mini stocks and he didn’t take long to put it to work!! Rumor is there’s another one being delivered this week. These are the real deal built for hard use and handy for all kinds of jobs around the farm.
