Recommendation for SHAW BUSINESS SERVICES LLC!
I wanted to do a recommendation for a company that has done exemplary work for me over the last week. My geriatric HVAC system died in the beginning of July 2023. I've been living with a window unit in my bedroom and living room all summer and shut off the rest of my house as much as possible. Enter SHAW BUSINESS SERVICES LLC! I learned about this company because it is actually owned and operated by one of my favorite Project Managers fathers, Steve Shaw. The moment I met with Steve I knew he had the job. He was so informed, experienced and SO patient with all of my questions...and I had A LOT of questions! However, the actual experience of him replacing my system has been oddly emotional for me lol! He is soooo kind! He and his team have been a bright light in an extremely hard year. They have gone above and beyond. They hit a lot of challenges with replacing my system but their priory at all times was to make sure that I was comfortable (oh that first day of cool air!) but also safe as they found a lot of issues with my electrical in regard to the old system. They also were so thorough, checking every facet of existing infrastructure relating to the job. One big factor in all of this has been that, well...I'm a bit of a monster for this but I had them move the system from a hall closet into the attic. Yes, these men have been in my attic, in this heat working and they never complained; even with their muscles cramping. Their priority was always providing me with quality and comfort. They have a life long client now so if you need anything HVAC related call this company! They are small so you won't find a lot online but I feel comfortable saying you'll get a level of service that can be hard to find nowadays.
