The signing of the Declaration of Independence was only the beginning. A war still needed be fought, a Constitution drafted and ratified, and even today the cause of independence and freedom is not finished. On this 250th anniversary of independence may we continue the cause and renew our efforts to maintain our independence and freedoms. God bless America, the shining light to the world.

If you want to take a deep dive into the engineering of the Salt Lake Temple seismic work this explains it well. From the very lowest part of the base isolators up the very highest part of the steeple including supporting the Angle Moroni statue, Ducworks’ team of fabricators, machinists, erectors, designers and project managers have been there.

Modern engineering feat ensures the Salt Lake City Temple respects its rich history while creating a stable future.

Love seeing a young man find his passion!

🔥⚙️ Congratulations to our Welding Department Platinum Performer, Gus Roden! ⚙️🔥

Gus first discovered BTECH during a high school tour and immediately knew it was a place where he could build his future. From the welcoming atmosphere to the hands-on programs, he found a path that aligned with his passion for welding and fabrication.

One thing that stood out most to Gus was the people. Whether it was fellow students, instructors, or staff, he found a community that was always willing to help and support one another. While there isn't one specific moment that tops the list, he says he'll always remember his instructors and the impact they had on his journey.

After graduation, Gus plans to continue growing his business, Rockin2R Diesel & FAB, and return home to pursue his goals as an entrepreneur. 💪

His advice to future students: "If you're looking for a place that will help get your foot in the door with big companies and help you take the next step into your future at your own pace, this is a great place to go."

We're proud to recognize Gus for his hard work, determination, and commitment to his craft. Congratulations on being named a Platinum Performer! 🌟👏
