A busy week full in the best way!

Today’s Officers & Directors meeting brought team members together from several locations to talk about where we’re headed from financials and planning to automation, technology, and the culture that continues to drive us forward. The future is looking pretty exciting around here!

Today our team visited Logansport High School for the mid-point check-in on the workplace challenge the PTECH students are working on for us. It was great to see the progress they are making, and we are looking forward to their presentations next week. We appreciate the opportunity to work with these students and are excited to see their ideas and solutions!

Today was a great day at Small Parts!

We had our annual ESOP meetings and welcomed new leadership with Brannon Meagher and Mark McDonald leading the way. It’s an exciting time for our company as we continue to focus on what matters most.

We were glad to host the PTECH scholars again for another workplace challenge. It was great to reconnect after two years and see their growth. We are proud of them and look forward to the solutions they bring forward. Stay tuned for updates!

Small Parts was glad to be part of the fundraiser this year! We donated a “Grillin’ & Chillin’” package that included everything you need for a great cookout, plus a Martin’s gift card. We also had a few of our employees attend and support the event. We appreciate opportunities like this to give back locally.

Logansport keeps moving forward.

With ongoing improvements at Dykeman Park—from new cart paths and course upgrades to the new clubhouse and year-round simulator experience—it’s exciting to see the investment being made right here in our community.

We had a great night supporting the Cass County Family Y at their gala fundraiser.
