Members of our HR team recently attended QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training through the Logansport Cass County Chamber HR Roundtable. The training focused on recognizing warning signs, starting difficult conversations, and helping connect people with the resources they need.
The monthly HR Roundtable is a great opportunity to connect with HR professionals throughout our community, share ideas, discuss challenges, and learn from one another.
A special thank you to our VP of Human Resources, Kathy Dunderman, who started the HR Roundtable several years ago. Her vision created a valuable resource that continues to benefit local HR professionals and the organizations they serve. We are grateful for her leadership and commitment to bringing our HR community together.
