We had a great time this weekend at the Jefferson City Career & Trade Expo, hosted by Equality Painting, representing Bartlett Plumbing & HVAC and Bartlett & Angel Construction!

It was a great opportunity to meet people in our community, talk about the trades, make new connections, and show a little of what goes into the work we do every day.

We’re proud to be two local, family-owned businesses serving Jefferson City and the surrounding communities — whether it’s plumbing & HVAC with Bartlett Plumbing or construction & concrete work with Bartlett & Angel Construction.

And getting a little shoutout in the Jefferson City News Tribune was a pretty awesome way to top it off! 👏📰

We’re growing and looking to add a few great people to our team!
We currently have openings for:
🔹 2 Laborers
🔹 1 Experienced Skilled Tradesperson
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Carpentry experience is highly preferred.
✔️ Plumbing and/or HVAC experience is a huge plus.
✔️ Experience in remodeling, framing, decks, flooring, concrete, finish work, or general construction is beneficial.
✔️ A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
✔️ Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Because we perform work across multiple trades, we’re looking for individuals who enjoy variety and aren’t afraid to tackle something different each day. Between our two companies, we handle everything from plumbing and HVAC to remodeling, carpentry, decks, flooring, concrete, additions, and much more.
We’re also looking for experienced plumbing and HVAC technicians who want to work for a company where quality work is appreciated and opportunities to grow are available.
💲 Pay is based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and raises after the probationary period based on:
Your experience
Your work ethic
Reliability
Ability to learn and catch on quickly
Overall performance
