Meet some of the men behind all the hard work. Mike Gilpin is the founder and President of Gilpin Construction Company. He started residential construction in 1971 and over the years it developed into commercial construction. Dane, Vice-President, implements company-wide oversight. Aaron provides field management and job superintendent responsibilities alongside our amazing team of superintendents, carpenters and laborers. Nathan provides estimates and manages projects. This new construction project was a total of 3 identical apartment buildings for graduate students/families at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. We completed this in 2020.
