"On, 28th December 2013, we celebrate 5years of existence of this Group of 28 companies and 3 organizations. It takes courage to discover, develop and donate your genius to the world. A bird will always use another bird's feather's to build its own nest. It will not pluck out its own. I honor all the feathers from the Chairman B.O.D -Mr Kizito, Vice President - Mr Tillet, CEO - Mr Onyango, Tonniez Publishing Press Manager - Mrs Kinene, Advisors like Mr Tusiime, Investors like Mr Kummar, Financier, Marketers, Lawyers, Accountants and all stakeholders. Above all, God ALMIGHTY!
There is a huge difference between QUANTITY of money and the QUALITY of money you make. Tonniez Group was founded to be one of the first Conglomerates and Cartels to be $1trillion dollars worth in less than 2decades. That is QUANTITY of money. On the other hand, Tonniez Group will be the very first Group of Companies to cover the entire market of demand and supply, providing humanity with all needs wants and desires under one brand name - HYPER. There are 588 brands (10 already running) under the Tonniez Group of Companies. 21 brands for each of the 28 companies. Hyper Bulk sms, Hyper Mineral water and other. Adding value to the world through worthy causes is what Tonniez Foundation (Tonniez Charity Initiatives) is for. Donating $5trillion by 2100. Now this is QUALITY money.
Many times we don't get where we want to go because we keep postponing the IMPORTANT for the URGENT. You can't play basketball if you keep your eye on the scoreboard. Many people don't realize that you can't sell DOG FOOD to DOGS. You have to find people that own them. We need to change our destinies by changing our MINDSETS TODAY and STARTING NOW with what we have. 50% of something is more valuable than 100% of nothing.
To potential leaders and entrepreneurs, do you reward creativity or you reward results? In the 21st century onwards, we need to reward creativity. We especially need women in major equation blocks. Like my friend and Justice coach Alison Kantarama says - I quote, 'If you want peace, never fight a woman who is above forty years of age because that woman will have braved a lot of storms, a stupid woman will have died before forty.'
