Right around the corner from 70 Maplewood, this new 6 story, 202,000 sq ft residential structure will feature a 10,000 sq ft first level retail space, 56 two and three bedroom condominiums, along with rooftop amenities on the second and sixth floors.

A before and after shot of the new 70 Maplewood Avenue construction! ⚙️

This six story, mixed use of 88,500 sq ft building will include 19 luxury residential units, commercial space and will feature subterranean parking.

The project was designed with sustainability as a primary focus and incorporates all-electric systems, rooftop solar along with battery storage and high-efficiency mechanical systems.

From Seoul to Venice! We are in awe of newest instillation at the !

Truly a work of art and we love seeing how Kang uses our SuperMaXX as part of her structural concept within her work of mixing photography and how the display is designed to work off its physical surroundings.

We are thrilled to be a part of first solo presentation ‘Chora’ at the in Seoul, Korea.

Our SuperMaXX joists create the frame of the artist’s courtyard aspect and is fitted with a transparent fabric (in this case the artist used Voile) that allows the structures to be visible with lighting that creates reflection.

We see our products as art in new builds and growing projects and now we get to see it in what truly is a work of art!!

Congrats to Lotus L. Kang on a beautiful installation. The exhibition will run through May 10th and the Kukje Gallery! Go check it out!
