We always hear we should be grateful, but did you know that gratitude is good for your health? With November designated as Gratitude Month, it’s a great time to focus on what we are thankful for and give our physical and mental wellbeing a boost! Throughout November we will post things that we are grateful for, and we encourage you to share what you’re grateful for in the comments.
