This wall is only 6.5 inches thick — but it's stronger than concrete block. Here's how it's built🏗

Most people assume thin walls mean weak walls. Not with SCIP construction.

At 6.5 inches, these walls match the width of standard CMU block construction — but that's where the similarity ends. Inside, steel and structural mortar work together like reinforced concrete, making these walls significantly stronger than traditional block.

Here's how it comes together:
1. Pour the foundation — solid concrete base, built to last.
2. Install the EPS panels — these go up on both the walls and roof, creating the structural core.
3. Run the electrical and plumbing — all connections get installed before the walls are sealed.
4. Project the structural mortar — this is the final step that locks everything into place, transforming the panel system into a reinforced concrete structure.
