Building hopes, dreams, and passions!
Breaking Barriers 2026 gave us another reason to celebrate: the incredible young women who are pursuing their futures and creating new possibilities for themselves and others.
This year, our Demo Chicks scholars are continuing their education at some of the nation’s leading universities and colleges, including Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, the University of Hawaiʻi, Cerritos College, UC Irvine, UC Davis, and Tuskegee University.
These scholars represent determination, academic achievement, ambition, and the courage to pursue paths where women have historically been underrepresented.
Among this year’s scholars is a recipient of The Ananda Lewis Scholarship, recognizing the importance of investing in young women as they continue their educational journeys.
From California to Hawaiʻi and beyond, these young women are building the knowledge and skills that will shape their futures and the communities around them.
We are proud to celebrate their accomplishments, support their education, and watch them continue to break barriers in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, and beyond.
