Installs, maintains and repairs dish machines and dispensing equipment in commercial establishments by performing the following duties.
Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Use technical knowledge and problem solving ability to install, service and maintain dish machines, laundry equipment and dispensing systems.
Handle various commercial cleaning chemicals, ensuring they are carefully set-up with the proper dispenser. Install and maintain wall charts and other training materials. Able to manage the inventory and use of a variety of parts and tools.
