Summer School for Rycon.
Rycon is excited to be partnering with Wesbuilt again on another school project this summer.
This time, we’re heading to School on the Square at 4650 Broadway, where we’ll be completing a 2nd-floor fit-out that includes new floor-mounted water-cooled AC units, Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs), finned tube radiators, VAVs, distribution ductwork, and additions to the existing BMS system.
With a tight summer schedule, our team is working hard to get everything completed before students and staff return in the fall. Looking forward to bringing this project to life over the coming months.

A look inside Major League Soccer’s new headquarters at 2 Penn Plaza.

Rycon Mechanical is proud to have provided the HVAC scope for this highly detailed workplace and operations hub in the heart of New York City. From early coordination through installation, our team worked closely with the project partners to help bring this space to life.

Rycon is in full swing at our 181 Livingston site, 160,000 SF across 3 floors for Brooklyn Charter School.

Partnering with Wesbuilt Construction, sheet metal is moving fast, with steamfitters and insulators right behind. BMS is already roughed in across all floors.

With key equipment deliveries coming up, the team is pushing hard to keep momentum going.
Huge shoutout to Wesbuilt’s on site crew and Rycon’s PMs and foremen for the long hours and coordination that is making this fast paced install possible, and keeping us on track for a Fall 2026 opening.

Another great collaboration with Reidy Contracting Group 🙌
Rycon helped bring this 35,000 SF workspace in Chelsea to life for a global financial client, built with a focus on quality, coordination, and detail.
From new CRAC units and supplemental AC to VAV-controlled ductwork and a fully integrated Siemens BMS, every system was designed to perform seamlessly behind the scenes.

Recently completed: Brooklyn Federal Credit Union in collaboration with Darby Construction Services.
The project included new Energy Recovery Ventilators to improve air quality and efficiency, along with exposed ductwork and a new BMS system. Clean ex*****on and strong coordination kept the job on track and delivered ahead of schedule.

Abel Richards’ newest flagship at 7 West 57th Street is a true reflection of craftsmanship at every level.
Rycon Mechanical partnered with Schimenti Construction to deliver a fully standalone VRF heating and cooling system, featuring high-efficiency heat pumps, multi-zone control, and a new BMS system. Every detail — from ductwork to piping — was carefully coordinated and concealed to support the architectural vision by TPS.

Sneak peek as we wrap up Phase 1 of a multi-phase project with our friends at Core Four Construction.

The 5th floor marketing suite is nearing completion and will highlight the space as the remaining floors come online for future tenants.
Rycon installed high-efficiency water source heat pumps, electrical duct heaters, ERV units, exposed ductwork, and a user-friendly BMS system to keep everything running efficiently.

More to come as the project continues.

Big milestones achieved this week on our Data Center project in Doral, FL.

✔ Modular pump skid factory witness test passed
✔ Chillers delivered safely to the rigging yard
✔ 18 CRAC units set and mounted
✔ Crane rigging plan approved
✔ Steel dunnage inspection passed

Thanks to the meticulous planning and coordination from our Miami PM team, Rycon Mechanical is pushing this project forward ahead of schedule. This progress allows us to focus on a smooth start-up phase followed by commissioning and integration into the existing infrastructure.

Shoutout to our processing piping partners for delivering an exceptional installation on this intricate system.

Rycon is nearing completion of the 4th floor of a 5-floor buildout with Archstone Builders for Greystone at the iconic Carnegie Hall Tower (152 West 57th Street).
Designed by MKDA + RDA, this modern workspace pairs crisp architectural finishes with high-performance MEPS infrastructure built for long-term flexibility.

Scope highlights: • All new air & duct distribution • New BMS system with zone-controlled heating & cooling • Supplemental AC for off-hours operation • New CRAC units supporting IT & data infrastructure

Delivered ahead of schedule through close collaboration with Archstone and the full project team.
