After 17 years with us, Darrell Moore is officially calling it a career, and honestly, we're not sure we're ready for it.
Since joining the team in 2008, Darrell has been the kind of sales professional that doesn't come around very often. He never just "sold" anything; he built relationships, earned trust, and showed up for his customers the same way every single time. His consultative approach was something a lot of people talk about, but few actually pull off, and his customers knew the difference. 🤝
What a lot of people might not know is how much time Darrell quietly poured into the people around him. Whether it was walking someone through proper lubrication application or just sitting down and teaching the art of building a real customer relationship, he invested in this team in ways that will stick around long after he's gone.
Outside of work, Darrell has always had sawdust in his blood. An accomplished carpenter, he's built multiple homes from the ground up over the years, and as the perfect sendoff to his working chapter, he just finished his biggest project yet: building his and his wife Kathy's dream retirement home. If that's not going out on top, we don't know what is.🪚🔨
As for retirement? Darrell and Kathy will be spending their days on their new family farm, surrounded by the people who matter most to them.
Darrell, thank you for 17 years of hard work, genuine relationships, and mentorship that made everyone around you better. We're going to miss you more than we can say, but we couldn't be happier for you.
