Tyler has over 15 years of construction experience varying from the position of laborer to that of project and program manager. In these roles, he has completed home construction and remodels, office relocation and rebuilds, final reclamation work, and a wide variety of manufacturing/industrial projects with a large amount of experience in pulp & paper and oil & gas facilities.
Tyler’s history in project management and working as an owner’s representative provide a direct path to open communication and understanding of client needs, from project scoping through turn-key operation.
Conan Byman, VP Operations
Conan has over 12 years of construction experience in commercial and industrial work, the majority of which has been in Construction Project Management. He has managed projects across the Nuclear, Pulp and Paper, and Hydro Electric industries. Conan’s experience ranges from Bridge and Gantry crane rebuilds, Nuclear Waste Transfer and storage, Compressed Air System overhauls, and various other industrial and commercial projects.
Conan’s solid understanding of project and construction management systems ensures the project scopes are under control from start to finish, that the client has a solid connection to the project delivery, and that the client receives a quality product within the allotted budget.
Devin Grangroth, VP Construction
Devin has over 22 years of construction experience from the position of laborer to project manager in residential and commercial construction. In these roles, he has worked various trades, in multiple environments, and throughout the United States.
Devin’s extensive field work, coupled with complex on-site management roles, provides a solid basis for developing safe and efficient ways to complete projects in a way that minimize client impacts and maximize efficiency.
We follow a process that ensures maximum output based on a controlled set of project inputs, and our team members have a laser-focus on the end goal-quickly elevating any barriers to success for quick resolution.
