Big shout out to Hayden and Elyjah for passing 4 ASE exams each in preperation for our competition in December at Texas Motor Speedway.

These students will be working with Toyota of Longview for specialized training over the next few weeks and continuing their skill set in a live, production shop atmosphere.

They took the following exams:

Brakes
Steering and Suspension
Electrical
Maintenance and Light Repair

Way to go gentleman!!!!

Teaching the students real world skills…

We built a custom chassis and re-configured a belt drive for this compressor. Removed the old destroyed engine and repaired the busted gaurd that they no longer make. Completing some odds and ends and added a nsepeerate stack filter as well as building a custom drive gaurd. Once the plumbing is complete we will have an awesome project in the books.

So we did a thing… (18 months in the making)

As part of our community outreach, we adopted the 2 mile stretch of highway on 1845 from just before Harrison Rd to just before HWY 31. We will have functions and group meets where we maintain that stretch, but what a great way to promote our groups and help keep our community nice!
