As we head into the weekend, we wanted to share a quick reminder about Do-It-Yourself heat pump systems.

We’ve been receiving more calls from customers needing service or repairs on DIY-installed systems. While these setups may look like a great way to save money upfront, they often come with unexpected challenges down the road.

Today, we are honored to celebrate the life and legacy of Jim Renaud. Jim was more than a valued member of Renaud Electric he was a cornerstone of our company whose dedication, hard work, and service made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

1. How long did Jim work with the company, and what was his role while he was there?
Jim worked with Renaud Electric for 37 years as an Electrician Foreman and Estimator.

2. What has been Jim’s favorite memory or accomplishment during his time with Renaud?
Jim was an integral part of Renaud Electric’s success for decades. His dedication to customer service and his unmatched work ethic carried on the tradition his father started in 1955.

3. What hobbies or activities did Jim enjoy since retirement?
Jim and Carol loved traveling and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

4. What’s something people might be surprised to learn about Jim?
Jim was an expert gardener, and his yard was beyond impressive. Jim was also hilarious, anyone who knew him could testify to his quick wit and fun attitude.

5. What do you miss most about Jim?
What we miss most about Jim is not only his incredible work ethic, but the way he served others. Jim was a very involved member of St. Rose Church, dedicating countless hours of volunteer work to help keep the church and school running.

Jim’s legacy of hard work, service, faith, and dedication will always be remembered. Thank you, Jim, for everything you gave to our company, our community, and everyone fortunate enough to have known you. ❤️
