We're proud to recognize Gerald Northcutt, General Manager of XCEL's South Region Conventional NDE, whose four decades of industry experience, commitment to safety and passion for mentoring continue to strengthen our team and the customers we serve.
Since beginning his NDT career in 1985, Gerald has built a career founded on hard work, continuous learning and leading by example. Today, he helps customers navigate complex inspection challenges while fostering a culture where safety, quality and education come first. He believes that taking the time to teach customers and mentor the next generation is one of the most valuable parts of the job.
Whether he's guiding his team through change, embracing new inspection technologies or spending time outdoors with family and his grandchildren, Gerald brings the same dedication and integrity to everything he does.
