We’re proud to recognize Cameron Marshall, General Manager of XCEL’s Advanced Services division, whose technical expertise, versatility and commitment to quality help our team tackle some of the industry’s most complex inspection challenges.

Cameron began his career in advanced NDT and quickly took on responsibilities beyond the field, eventually leading advanced services crews. At XCEL, his focus has remained the same: delivering high-quality inspections and building a team that can find the right solution when conventional NDE methods may not be the right fit.

From supporting major refinery turnarounds to deploying specialized technicians across the country and internationally, Cameron leads a team built around experience, adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges. His leadership philosophy is simple: lead by example, continue learning and always look for ways technology can make the team more effective.

We’re proud to recognize William McBride, General Manager of XCEL’s Mechanical Integrity division, whose passion for the industry, commitment to safety and dedication to developing strong MI programs continue to make an impact for our clients and team.

William's path to Mechanical Integrity began in 2010 after years of experience across NDE, chemical and midstream operations. Seeing firsthand the importance of effective MI programs inspired him to focus his career on helping clients establish, maintain and strengthen their programs.

Today, William leads a team focused on continuous improvement, from developing tools that strengthen inspection deliverables to helping clients better understand and manage their MI programs. His passion for the field is matched by his approach to leadership: understand what motivates each person, lead by example and never hesitate to step in alongside your team when challenges arise.
