Last week, our President and CEO Mason Evans had the privilege to present the Dan Evans Memorial Scholarship to two R.A. Long students in Longview. Each recipient was awarded $4,000. This year's honorees were Isabella (Avid Award) and Briana (Tech Award). We are proud to recognize their accomplishments and support their future.

Words cannot adequately capture the hole in our community created by yesterday's tragedy at Nippon. The loss felt so acutely by the employees, friends, and family of those lost and injured ripple throughout our region. Now, more than ever, we must lean on each other and support each other. Our hearts are with every family still waiting for news and all those impacted by this terrible event.
