One classic truck leaves and another one shows up! We try hard to get these old trucks driving better than new. The Dodge now has power steering and power disc brakes, making it a lot more enjoyable to drive while towing the matching '58 Air Stream.

The '57 Chevy is in for a re-gear. Last year we got the power steering installed and power disk brakes installed. Now that it is safe, we are going to get her going a bit faster on the highway! The Chevy was upgraded with kits from CPP, which we are a dealer for. The Dodge upgrades were completely custom, using factory components. We offer both professional kit installs and full custom.

Finishing up a steering & power brake conversion on a 1958 dodge truck this week. I could not find a reputable brake kit so I made my own with common oem parts from other vehicles. Also made a custom bracket and linkage to mount a cpp hydroboost and aluminum master cylinder in the stock location. Used a CPP stearing gear and fabricated a custom mount because no one makes any updated steering for a 58 dodge. Lastly the factory steering column was modified so we could retain the 3 on the tree. Hopefully this truck has the same vintage feel just a bit easier and safer to drive.

Make sure you take a rachet strap up in the lift or you might have to donate your shoe laces.
