Our Bryan Builders team recently came together in St. Louis for our company-wide Mid-Year Meeting, bringing teammates from across the country together for department meetings, collaboration, and a little fun along the way.
As a remote company, opportunities like these are invaluable. While technology keeps us connected every day, there's simply no substitute for sitting across the table from one another, sharing ideas, solving challenges together, and building relationships. We believe it's much easier to collaborate, communicate, and support one another when you've had the chance to connect in person.
Over the course of a few days, our teams shared updates, aligned on goals, learned from one another, and strengthened the relationships that make Bryan Builders successful. We also made time to enjoy one of St. Louis' great traditions with an evening at a Cardinals game, proving that some of the best team-building happens outside the meeting room.
These gatherings are an investment in our culture, our people, and ultimately our clients. We're grateful for everyone who made the trip and contributed to another successful Mid-Year Meeting. We can't wait to put what we learned into action together.
