Today HCS is getting after it on Project C-17 in Merritt Island for Sanpik Inc. 💥🏗️ We’re installing the sheets on a 20x40 setup with 40’ sheets, 4 rings of brace, and 2 cross struts. Solid work, strong crew, and a job we’re fired up to be part of.

Nothing beats kicking off a new project and getting steel in the ground. This one’s gonna be a fun one, and we’re ready to get it done. 🔥💪

We’re proud to announce that Heavy Civil Support (HCS) is teaming up once again with Razorback LLC on the Burrell Dam Restoration Project 💪🌊

HCS will be installing ~400 LF of temporary cofferdam / weir wall to support this critical dam restoration effort 🏗️⚙️

🤝 Working with Razorback LLC again is something we don’t take lightly — they’re a valued returning partner, and we’re incredibly grateful for their continued trust and support in our team 🙏

Don’t let the quiet fool you… 👀

Just because we haven’t posted many updates lately doesn’t mean things have slowed down at Heavy Civil Support. In fact, it’s been the opposite. 🚧💪

Over the last couple months our crews have been grinding through multiple 7-day work weeks 📆 and 12+ hour days ⏱️ — pushing hard to keep projects moving and deliver the quality our customers expect.

At HCS we don’t just show up to punch a clock ⏰. The men that make up this company take serious pride in every move we make. Every pile driven ⚙️, every line installed 🔧, every job completed — it’s all done with purpose and pride.

We may be a small company, but what we lack in size we make up for with experience, determination, and relentless effort. 🔥

🚨💪 EMERGENCY RESPONSE. UNMATCHED COMMITMENT. REAL RESULTS. 💪🚨

This past weekend, Heavy Civil Support was called in for an emergency install at the Iron Bridge Wastewater Facility for Cathcart — and once again, our team answered the call.

Anytime you step into an older facility, there are always unknowns beneath the surface — no matter how good the as-builts are. We experienced that firsthand. What looked like a simple installation quickly turned into a major challenge.

➡️ Friday morning: Mobilized
➡️ System: 12’ x 75’ four-sided system
➡️ Sheets: 25’
➡️ Bracing: Mega brace
➡️ Reality: 72 hours of nonstop work

Day shifts. Night shifts. Double shifts. No excuses. No quitting.

Our crew pushed through every obstacle and worked around the clock to get this system in the ground. And at 2:00 AM Monday morning, we completed the install — allowing the contractor to immediately begin the emergency repair.

Huge shoutout to Southern Turf Inc for their outstanding work on our Aultman Bridge Project 👏

They came in and safely removed five large trees in an extremely tight work area, executed the plan flawlessly, and made quick, efficient work of a challenging scope—all on schedule and within budget.

Their team showed up with the right equipment, the right crew, and the right mindset, proving once again that preparation and professionalism make all the difference on complex job sites.

At HCS, we value partners who take pride in their work and understand the importance of safety, efficiency, and accountability. Southern Turf delivered on all fronts.

We’re proud to be teaming up with Garney Construction on a worker safety system engineered by UnitedRental

This is a high-visibility, high-impact job that plays a critical role in keeping crews safe, efficient, and productive while tackling the challenge of driving sheet pile through unweathered limestone 🪨⚒️

🌉⚡ PROJECT #2 – AULTMAN ROAD BRIDGE REHAB ⚡🌉
We’re also blessed to have finalized a contract with RAZORBACK LLC on the Aultman Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project.

This one came with serious challenges 👀⬇️
⚡ Low overhead power lines
🏗️ Tight crane access
📏 Limited working room

To make it happen, we partnered with Portadam of New Jersey to deploy their dam system and utilized United Rentals Fluid Solutions to fully dewater and dry the work area, ensuring Razorback’s scope stays clean, safe, and seamless 💦➡️✅
