Back in 2023, Mindak partnered with North Shore on The Exchange - New Brighton’s first high-design, contemporary multifamily development. This was such a fun and rewarding project to be a part of!

Located on the former US Bank site, this 132-unit, market-rate apartment complex opened in summer 2023 and marked the first new-construction market-rate housing in the city in decades.

This state-of-the-art, precision upcut saw has increased cutting efficiency by a staggering amount. With its dual-face printer, it labels both stud locations and wall numbers with extreme accuracy—right down to components like fall protection.

Every wall component is now cut and labeled faster, smarter, and with unmatched precision. It’s just one more way Mindak is pushing framing forward through innovation, efficiency, and accuracy.

Back in 2019, Mindak completed the framing scope of The Edison at Spirit, a standout luxury apartment community in Lakeville, MN featuring 150 modern units and a long list of top-tier amenities.
