We are interviewing for the following position: CREW ASSISTANTS/HELPERS
OBJECTIVE/OBJECTIVO:
Our Crew Helpers serve in a "hands-on" position responsible for performing all tasks relative to the general installation, safety, and cleanliness of the decorative concrete project sites they work on. He/she must work closely with the Production Manager to ensure the success of each project and satisfying the customer and objectives in a most effective and efficient manner. El Asistente del Crew es un "manos en" posicin responsable de realizar todas las tareas relativas a la instalacin general, seguridad y limpieza de los sitios de los proyectos concretos decorativos en los que ellos trabajan. El/Ella debe trabajar en estrecha colaboracin con el Jefe para asegurar el xito de cada proyecto y satisfaccin del cliente y los objetivos de la manera ms eficaz y eficiente posible.
RESPONSIBILITIES/RESPONSIBILIDADES:
Be able to learn techniques used to install decorative concrete and perform all phases of installation. Este listo para aprender la proceso de aplicacion y usar todas las faces de la instalacion de los proyectos concretos decorativos.
Follow all standard Sundek installation techniques (includes remodel, weather surface, and service work). Siga todas las normas de instalacion (incluyendo remadelacion, superficies y servicios de trabajo).
Practices standard Sundek Safety Rules. Use las normas de seguridad de Sundek.
Be able to use and maintain equipment. Maintain your vehicle. Este listo para usar y mantener el equipo. Mantenga su vehiculo.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ CALIFICACIONES BASICOS:
Be available to work Monday thru Saturday; Provide a good company image. Debe estar disponible para trabajor de lunes a sabados; De una buena imagen de la compania.
Must be in good physical condition and health. Debe estar en una buena condicion fisica y salud.
Have a legal driver's license and a good driving record to be insurable. Debe tener licencia y tener un buen record.
Must be able to lift and carry 45-lb. bags of premix at a distance of 200 feet. Debe levantar y cargar bolsas de 45 libras a una distancia de 200 pies.
Will be able to carry two 5-gallon buckets of Sundek at a distance of 200 feet. Debe cargar 2 botes de 5 galones a una distancia de 200 pies.
Will have enough endurance to do this repeatedly during the day. Debe mantener suficiente energia para realizar esto varias veces durante el dia.
