A new shower remodel in Berlin Hts! Remove the old whirlpool bath tub, small stand up shower, and 2 pre hung doors. Install a custom 4'x5' tile shower with his and hers shower valves, dual niches, and barn style shower door. Turned the old shower stall into a linen closet with solid shelving, tile floor, and a bifold door. Installed 2 barn doors with new trim in place of the 2 prehung doors. Another happy customer!

So, so busy right now and not looking like it's going to slow down anytime soon! Frame in window, insulate all walls, sister joists and add sub flooring after all the plumbing was redone new, new electric, build a shower wall, drywall and finish, concrete board and red guard in the shower, add a bathroom exhaust fan vented outside with a soffit vent, tile floor, subway shower tile with a niche, new vanity, new toilet, recessed medicine cabinet, vanity light, new trim moldings, shower door, bath hardware, and clean up all work areas.
