Yesterday was a special one at the ballpark!

We were proud to officially present our K’s for the Community donation to FIDO's Companion Rescue Inc. at the Lake Erie Crushers game! Fido’s has spent years finding safe, loving homes for dogs who need a second chance, and that mission is something we’re honored to stand behind.

Every strikeout this season went toward this moment, but the real win is what it means for the dogs still waiting for their forever families. Supporting organizations like Fido’s is one small way we can give back to the community that’s supported us for nearly 70 years.

We’re excited to finally announce this year’s K’s for the Community recipient: FIDO's Companion Rescue Inc.! 🐾💙

FIDO's Companion Rescue Inc. has been saving dogs from shelters and pounds since 2003, helping give dogs in need another chance at finding their forever homes.

Every Crushers home strikeout this season has added to our donation to Fido’s. We set a goal of 400 K’s, and we’re already 90% of the way there! With 9 home games still to go, there’s plenty of time to keep those K’s coming. Keep cheering on the Crushers and let’s get to 400!
