Bare Root Landscaping is currently filling positions for EXPERIENCED Snowplow Driver and Snow Removal Specialist. Our company is looking for hard-working dedicated individuals to add to our team. Someone who is reliable, punctual, and respectful with excellent customer service.
Bare Root services commercial properties so professionalism is a must at all times.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Keep pedestrian areas removed of snow and ice
● Operate snow blowers or other equipment as needed
● Properly store and handle all equipment and tools
● Respond promptly to calls for snow and ice events (On call 24/7 when snow is forecasted)
● Conduct pre-shift inspections and maintenance on all small equipment
● Clear snow and ice accumulations from customer sites from designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, salt spreaders and bagged salt
● Pile snow in designated and approved locations only
● Be available for communication at all times
● Document and report any obstacles at site(s)
● Comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
● Must be at least 18 years of age
● Able to work independently
● Able to physically stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

● Ability to work extended hours if necessary

Work Conditions:
● Various locations including both residential and commercial sites
● Extremely flexible working hours, including nights, weekend, and holiday work as needed
● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
Job Types: Full-time 25-60 hours week
Starting wage $20. hour
