Sometimes we take for granted the places where we are on a daily basis.

After six years in Los Angeles, I’m finally feeling like I have settled here.

I know the streets without navigation. and I know how to find these beautiful streets covered in palm trees as I drive through them daily in Santa Monica.

I am grateful for everybody that influence my decision, my choices, and that took part in that travel from Boston to LA after moving back from Paris and during a whole wide world pandemic.

It took six years for me to find, two weeks off to explore Los Angeles and all the things that I wanted to enjoy.

Driving through this street, it’s pure joy. Me behind the wheel, a sunny, clear sky in September, hot weather and time to explore.

I am grateful for the opportunities that life has given me to live the way, and where I am living.

It was a privilege sharing the stage at Mega Success in LA with Tonino Lamborghini.

A masterpiece, whether it’s a luxury sports car or a beautifully composed symphony, is built on elite, precision engineering.

To scale your brand to top-tier levels, you need a high-performance engine under the hood.

That’s what Tonino built in his businesses separately from the car business.

Every time someone told me I was “too much,” they were actually pointing out my greatest assets.

When they said I talked too much, I created my podcast and coaching business.

When they called me too sensitive, I channeled that exact emotion into creating art and music.

My tendency to overthink is precisely what makes me an effective strategist, and being highly competitive is the exact drive I used to build my business.

It is incredibly easy to let others pathologize your deepest traits.

But asking too many questions makes you a researcher, and daydreaming makes you a storyteller.

Caring too much is what allows you to truly help others or create a pet business, and thinking differently isn’t a burden—it is the absolute requirement to create something entirely new.

Stop apologizing for the exact traits you need to master your craft.

From the Plaza de Toros stadium in Maracaibo now known as Plaza para todos holding 15k spectators, to the YouTube Theater in LA holding 6k spectators —what a full-circle moment!

In 1990, I was the lead singer of CafĂŠ Rock, and we had the incredible honor of opening for Menudo in Venezuela at the Plaza de toros.

Last weekend, I was back but in the crowd for the opening night of their 50-Year Anniversary Worldwide Tour.

Seeing René Farrait (my childhood idol), Roy Rosselló, Raymond Acevedo, Sergio Blass, Ralphy Rodríguez, Rubén Gómez, and Robert Avellanet—all of whom, except René, were on stage that day we opened for them!—was pure magic.

Sharing a stage with them back when they were at their absolute peak remains a massive highlight of my vocal career.

But watching them perform decades later is also a masterclass in celebrity branding.

To see a group maintain such a passionate fanbase and iconic identity for half a century is a true testament to the power of authentic connection and reinvention.

Welcome to Season 2 of AI Implementation Diary!

We’ve all had those mornings where life feels like 20 open browser tabs in your brain before you’ve even had your first cup of coffee.

Between client deadlines, family logistics, and everyday errands, writing a giant to-do list doesn’t give you clarity—it just gives you decision fatigue.

Here is a simple 60-second AI habit you can try tomorrow morning:

1️⃣ Open your AI app on your phone (Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude) and tap the voice microphone.

2️⃣ Spend 60 seconds speaking your unfiltered thoughts out loud: everything on your mind, big or small.

3️⃣ Give it this prompt: “Act as my personal chief of staff. Organize this brain dump into my Top 3 non-negotiable priorities for today, batch the quick errands together, and tell me what can wait until tomorrow.”

Stop carrying all that mental clutter in your head. Let your phone organize your day so you can show up calm and focused.
