Every year, over 15 million tons of plastic end up in our oceans. By 2025, we might find as much plastic as fish in the sea. A big part of the problem? Plastic straws. Used once but lasting for hundreds of years.

Millions of plastic straws are used every day in the U.S. They can’t be recycled, so they fill our landfills, pollute our streets, and hurt our wildlife. Even tiny pieces of these straws called microplastics can be ingested by animals and people, possibly causing health problems.

Beyond Plastic is fighting back with PHA straws. They are 100% RBC and break down completely and don’t harm the environment. Let’s help keep our oceans clean together. 🌍

Think twice before you trust ‘eco-friendly’ labels. 🌱 Many companies use greenwashing to appear more sustainable than they are. Here’s the reality: some label products as ‘biodegradable’ without any real proof, misleading consumers and harming our planet. Let’s demand true transparency and hold companies accountable for genuine environmental responsibility. Start learning about true eco-friendly practices and look for BPI or TUV certification. Start educating yourself on real eco-friendly practices.
