"Picture this: You first make your entrance into the building, which by the way has superior security systems in place; and you are greeted at the front desk by the community managers (Jazmen & Mike). They offer greetings and welcome to you after a long and arduous journey to the building. They understand you are a weary traveler and motion for you to head towards the main lobby to have a seat and rest your legs. As you look to your right, you can only mutter in a shuffled tone, “do mine eyes deceive me? You scan the lobby and find an abundance of couches, booths, and even those chairs that have little wheels on the legs. But before you get a chance to sit, you notice the open air kitchen attached to the lobby. “How is this made possible?” You say under your breath in disbelief. Mike senses your need of refreshment. He offers you a drink from one of the two refrigerators. “Take two” he says. “You’ll need them as we walk the building.” You cannot fathom the words you hear. How could there possibly be more to this building? You leave the main lobby and traverse the hallways. On your left and right, garage style doors marked with the logos of each company. You suddenly halt. Overwhelmed by the vastness of your location, you simply cannot put your mind through any more sensation. “I MUST HAVE ONE” you yell. “I must tenant one of these spaces” Mike assists you back to the front desk. Jazmen has the paperwork prepared already. “You are in luck” she says. “We have one more space available.” - that’s pretty much the general experience in the Flex ETC building in Nashville, Tennessee. p.s. They have a foosball table.”

FlexEtc has flexible warehouse and workspace built for small businesses - all-inclusive pricing, no long commitments, and a community of people who are building something too. Space is ready when you are, and you can move in as soon as next week.

We're primarily built for e-commerce businesses - storage, fulfillment, workspace - but the businesses we love to help rarely fit neatly into one box. If you're curious whether we could be a fit, we'd love to talk.
