VenHub is moving in.

The first VenHub Smart Store in a multifamily community is coming to Penn Lofts, a new 59-unit development in Bend, Oregon. Swipe for the details.

For residents: everyday products and essentials on site, without a separate trip to a traditional store.

For owners: a distinctive, highly visible amenity that can strengthen a property’s appeal and support resident satisfaction and retention.
