Meet Our General Contractor 👷🏾‍♂️

AJ grew up around construction — watching his family build homes, businesses, and apartment communities. That early exposure gave him a deep respect for the craft and the role construction plays in shaping communities. 

He originally pursued a master’s degree in criminal justice with plans to become a lawyer, but while working as an Operations Manager overseeing construction projects and property maintenance, he realized building was where his passion truly lived. 

That combination of family roots, mentorship from experienced contractors, and a strong business mindset ultimately led him to start JJC.

His philosophy is simple:
Build with people in mind.

Homes. Businesses. Community spaces.
Every project should strengthen the community it serves. 

Around here he’s not just our general contractor —
he’s also a proud dad raising the next generation around the same craft he grew up loving.
