Fox ESS Factory Phase II is officially in operation ⚡
A new milestone in smart manufacturing and global capacity expansion.
On June 1, Fox ESS officially launched its Phase II factory in Wenzhou, China, marking an important step in strengthening our production capabilities and supporting global market growth.
Covering approximately 46,000 square meters, the new facility focuses on the R&D, production, and intelligent manufacturing of core products including PCBA, batteries, and C&I energy storage systems, with battery storage as a key focus.
Built with a highly automated and integrated production system, the factory significantly improves manufacturing efficiency, shortening material preparation time from 30 minutes to under 5 minutes and enabling one battery pack to be produced every 7 seconds.
With over 60% automation and a full-process traceability system, Fox ESS continues to enhance product quality, delivery stability, and manufacturing reliability.
The facility also follows a low-carbon manufacturing approach, using around 6,000 kWh of green electricity per day to support cleaner and more sustainable production.
As Fox ESS continues to scale globally, the Phase II of the factory represents more than expanded capacity. It reflects our long-term commitment to innovation, quality, and accelerating the clean energy transition worldwide.
