One of the main reasons Current Energy can install residential solar panels for customers so quickly is that we have our construction crew and materials at the ready. Recently, we had to assemble more racks in our storage hanger to accommodate new panels and equipment, and everyone was involved in the process, including our head electrician, Jaime, and Ian, our Director of Finance.

Yup, this is how we got here...

In 2017, Steve talked a couple of his work buddies (Pat and David) into starting a renewable energy company.

Now, Steve oversees CE’s strategic vision, forms relationships with funding sources, and guides the sales process in CE's commercial endeavors.

With 20 years of experience in Southern Californian development, Steve has developed a reputation of consistency, excellence, and integrity in the vast network of principals necessary to successfully complete Photovoltaic Projects (PV) projects. Before founding Current Energy, Stephen was VP of another premier Los Angeles-based Solar Company.

Previously, Steve worked in commercial real estate and developed projects ranging from a resort in Mexico, where he and his family lived for five years, to Shopping Centers, Industrial Buildings, and Apartments.

Steve's experience in commercial real estate development has given him unique insights into incorporating solar and other energy solutions for property owners. Steve holds a degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.

In his spare time, Stephen enjoys attending TONS of sporting events for his children with his lovely and brilliant wife.
