FRC Team 3408

Cubs had a busy 2019 summer! FRC 3408 organized the first 4-week summer robotics camp at St. Lawrence Brindisi Elementary School in Compton, Los Angeles, with the support of LHS Community Service Dept. (Thanks Dr. Jesse Rodriguez!) The team worked closely with students introducing them to the FIRST Lego League (FLL) program using LEGO Mindstorm EV3 kits. The students learned the importance of team work as well as programming and designing skills. They also enjoyed weekly competitions and challenges.

In June 2019, FRC 3408 in an effort to promote interest in STEM to the surrounding Pico-Union area, organized a robotics assembly at Magnolia Elementary School and introduced FIRST programs to the students.

FRC 3408 organized a robotics assembly in May 2019 at St. Lawrence Brindisi Elementary School in Compton, Los Angeles and introduced FIRSTprogram to 330+ students! Way to go Loyola Cubs!
