We face a variety of challenges while out in the field serving our customers. In this case, we encountered a condenser unit full of dirt and debris.

We were asked to simply change filters and move on, but our job is to give the best service possible. A big part of that is anticipating the customer's needs, seeing what's out of place, and seeing problems on the horizon and pointing them out. This debris could have caused accelerated damage to the unit and necessitated an unnecessarily early replacement.

Our technicians cleared out the debris, thoroughly cleaned the unit with coil cleaner, and advised the customer to get some landscaping work done to prevent new debris from coming in, especially after heavy rain.

Many HVAC companies might have chosen to just check the box and take care of the bare minimum they were assigned, but our techs chose to stick up for the customer and offer them a superior premium service.
